Budapest Scientology Community Marks 10-Year Milestone

Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters news eugene on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
